Morning Run

Weather: 85-90 fairly warm

Comments:
Weighed 180.6. Started run about 6:00. Forgot situps. No shirt. Drank 1/2 a Red Bull (sugarfree), H2O & 1/2 a cup of Gatorade. Good run. No breaks-walks No Drink or I-pod. Just trying to haul some ass and push a bit. Good run overall. Got a pretty good nights sleep. At end of run got a slight twinge in my left leg (lower hammy).
Finished Gatorade after run to rehydrate. Felt very good after run.
Won't run until left leg is better.
