Weighed 181.2...started run about 5:30. Forgot situps. Ate a banana. Wore shirt. Good run. No breaks-walks. No Drink or I-pod. Just trying to get a nice easy run in. Went running yesterday, prior to that last run was 2 weeks ago when I felt a pull in my left hammy. Good run overall. Got an ok nights sleep. Felt good after run.
CJB came running with me. Did great! Little bastard didn't even break a sweat!! Wish I could do that.
