1 mile warmup
1800 Started out too fast from adrenaline but only for 100 or so. This interval felt fast at first, then my legs loosened and it felt natural. 1 second slow.
1200 Kind of led this one. Realized that we were slow, told Brady and Carolyn too late for them to adjust. I adjusted by speeding up a lot at the end.
1200 Good.
1200 Tiring, but we came through the first 400 three seconds fast. "WE'RE THREE SECONDS FAST??!!"
800 Couldn't do it. It helped to be in front of a group for the beginning of this instead of chasing a group- it made me feel like I should set a good pace. Then they passed me at the end which was good. None of us made the time. I had no 100 m kick, only a 50 m kick!
