Comments:
Just a quick, easy run. It felt okay but sometimes my feet cramp up which is really weird. And it feels like my feet are being rolled from the outside in and its really painful. Then I started thinking about pain and then my knees and shins hurt but it was just mental it wasn't real. I think I keep randomly psyching myself out over random things.
