watch wouldnt get signal...
Did outer loop. bad idea ankle was killing me, than remembered I was suppose to do the circuit so we went to the track.
did half mile on track and than went up and did the out and back by the baseball fields.
Club soccer was having tryouts so I saw VELKYYYY. (thats my suitemate kenny =p)
did a bunch of stretched and such.
workout went ok.

superman crunches (10 C than 10 second rest, 3 times)

15 dips, walk out 10 meters, 15 more dips

most of the workout was done on the benches they had, the fence, or on the track/ turf.
supermans left funny sweat mark on the ground. Saw josh day and that girl. got lots of water inside, it was hot but not unbearable.
did a lil jogging cool down
