Weather: Cooler but the sun was out

Comments:
I split toaday's mileage to give my legs a break for the progression run tomorrow. I'm still gonna hit seventy this week even with all the down days which is good. I feel pretty good. I'm probably most of the way over the cold now. Hopefully a good sleep tonight with kill that sucker. Ran pretty easy around the upper lake and then an extra bit around Cleveland Heights area. Met up with Chicago Chris. Turns out he ran for like 4+ hours today. Pretty easy run.
