Comments:
First time running since Wednesday after I twisted my ankle. Taking a day off really helped, ankle feels a lot more relaxed and less painful, but is still a little stiff. So about a l.5 mile warmup to Tilden track for the workout, which consisted of two sets of a fun run mile course, two 800s, and two 400s with short mintues of rest in between each interval. Whole point of the workout was to go out at fast 5k pace and maintain that pace with little rest. Took it easy today so didn't really get much out of the workout. Stuck with Micheal for most of the workout. Overall, I'm pleased that the ankle had gotten better and hopefully will be ready for Saturday.
