LABORING' DAY Workout

Yellow creek park at 8am this morning for practice. what an awesome day to run.
We did 15 minute warmup
4x20 second strides.
Popsicle Run
60 seconds fast 60 seconds rest x's 4 covering 300 meters or more.
3 minute recovery
Start Line 6 minutes out (close to 5K pace) front group covered 1450-1500 meters, then back in 6 minutes trying to return to start line.
front group covered almost 3 miles in the 18 minutes
3 minutes rest
60 seconds back to popsicle stick 60 seconds rest and 60 seconds back to finish workout.
2K barefoot cooldown...
A very nice workout this morning.. everyone did a great job with this workout.
