Did the lift today since Veale was closed yesterday. Talked to CoachL about it and I'm gonna move the other lifts to Wednesday and Friday since the ball throwing/jumping lift tomorrow isn't that strenous.
1 crossfit circut 3 by everything
Clean x 15 with 75 (only made it for 11 of the final set ones. dropped the weight to 65 and finished the set)
Squat to jerk x 15 with 65
pushups x 15
pullups/rowups x 15 (6,3,2 finished the rest of each set with rowups)
DB arm runs x 20 each arm with 5's
Bar dips x 10 (last set only got 5 finished to 15 with bench dips)
