Weather: perfect for running conditions
Comments:
nice and coolish/breeze was great for running on the bike path with the guys. ended up dropping people off at certain intervals and lavallee and i were the last ones left, went out about 5 miles so including the warmup before it was about 10.5. i felt amazing for some reason and running sorta fast with lavallee on the way back felt even better. an all around good day.
