did the infamous hells trotters workout again today, the one that kicked our ass last year. it felt rly hard but pretty good overall actually, a little less than 2.5 miles down and back with 3 sets of 2 hills with one of the social street park thingymabobbers in between the hills. was going to be 4 sets of hills and 3 park excusrions but lavallee cut out the last 2 hills at the end. oh yeah and 10 push ups in between the hills and park stuff. didnt even feel those. i think i did the math right but im not entirely sure... rounded up from what the calculator said was 11.4 to 11.5, not a big deal. i feel awesome and yet so dead after this.
