Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
New 10 mile route that is 70% on dirt/grass/trail. Run out to Minnehaha on W river trails, turn around and come back on the top part that has a dirt single track over half the way.
Had to deuce twice on this run. First one came on the trails and it came on FAST. I should have been able to make it to Minnehaha, but I didn't. There are never people on the trails ever, but today it was jam-packed! Finally found a spot to deuce. Then on my way home it hit me hard again with less than 600M from my house. Had to walk it in. WTF? I'm guessing my body is still adjusting to a normal diet after all the chicago food from the weekend. MMMHM CHEESE FRIES.
