Reverse Graveyard

Comments:
Before practice so I could get to Hillel on time. Murray Hill, mayfield, graveyard, all the way through to the Euclid gate, Back along graveyard to mayfield, and then back murray hill.

Felt kinda crappy. Legs were decent, not recovered though. Head cold made me queasy and lightheaded. Just ran through it... Still feeling the imbalances in my hip and knee. Didnt run with the heel cup and it felt fine.

I didnt really feel like I accomplished anything on this run. A very odd feeling. Its a new year now and its time to achieve new goals and leave the past behind.

Hip stuff in training room, stretch, roll and Ice while the team was heading out for the hill workout.
