700's at Fuller

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: absolutely perfect

Comments:
I did 6. I felt fine for all of them. I was feeling discouraged though in the middle ones because I just didn't have the energy to keep up with the other girls. But I reminded myself that I'm just not good at repeats and I have to accept it, everyone has different strengths and mine is endurance workouts, not speed.

And the last two I told myself that I was going to push a little harder so I tried my best to keep up with Molly, because she's good at repeats. :) So yeah.

And oh man those things Heidi had us do were total butt kickers!!
