Steppin up the intensity

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Mayfield hill, cool like low 60's made things really nice

Comments:
Ran on the Mayfield hil today. CoachL after last week's hill workout had sais that she wanted the intensity of the hill sessions taken up some. So I made that my goal. I thought about getting out kinda hard to get into a fast rythum which would keep the workout high intensity. This worked pretty well. My quads were pretty sore form lifting so the lower portions were jello at the end. I felt good toady though. Good workout for me. I feel like the cold in done affecting me now.
Static 3, Roll, ibis x32, hip stuff (1 set), pushups to max with good form
RHR: 40
Slept: 6.5 hours (another late night because I did like no homework over the weekend)
