Comments:
did a track workout today, 3 sets of 800 400 200 at a pretty good pace, and ran the long way down and back to the track (bike path way). estimating some distances to make it come out even mileage. "coolwodn" was really a run back to mount the long way and it wasnt terribly slow or easy, but it was more a cooldown than real run so i guess itll do.
