did some easier gauntlets today and some woods running, which was fun except that my legs are friggen shredded by now. hopefully this weekend they come back to life cause i seriously need it. STRETCH! did a "new extended long loop" in the woods and then 2 sets of 3 gauntlets with indian runs in between. then back to the woods for a short loop and back to mount. estimated mileage and didnt time the gauntlets or indian running so dont worry about pace at all. woods and to and back running was pretty slow cause lavallee knows we have the cumberland meet comin up! gotta get pumped
