Comments:
Felt much better than two weeks ago. The 6:10 pace felt more comfortable until about 15 miles where my legs tightened up. Ran about 14.5 with Mark and ran to and from carrboro by myself. It was beautiful weather. Longest run I have done in a couple of years. Within a mile of being the longest run I have ever done.
