12x400, waited to write this entry b/c wanted to think about the workout a bit. with natalie for the first 8. first 2 went out too fast (1:37, 1:40) then evened out at 1:44-1:46. 7th one was at 1:53 but then sped it back up. Emma and KFung with me on the last two which was nice.
I think this has to be one of the best workouts I've done even though I still want to think I should've pushed more, doubting if I should've done the cooldown etc. Last spring I remember doing 10x400 at 1:45 and mostly hit 1:50 except for the last one at 1:40 with more than 90 seconds of recovery. Definitely is quite an improvement and as exhausted as it felt last night its kind of nice to know you have nothing left. (not exactly sure of the timing, timed warmup and ended at 5:35 so I'll say 55) crunches at home
