Circut 1
DB lunges x 20 steps with 30's
MB pushups x 5 each arm with the largest MB
Single leg squats on a box by 5 each leg
Pullups 7,5,4 finish all sets to 10 with row ups

Circut 2
Lateral DB raise x 20 with 8lbs
Single leg box step ups x 10 each leg with 95lbs
Bar dips x 10
Burpees x 10
