Second shitty race in a row. Got fuckin 92nd place. Bad start out of the box, tried 2 surges within the first mile for about 50m each, still did nothing. Yet again, my legs were just completely out of energy, nothing else to it. I have no idea how or why. Gonna try changing my pre race day workouts, hopefully that will help. Drives me absolutely insane how I ran a minute faster a week ago, if I could get my legs to feel fresh like at Loch Haven, could easily be running 18:30s or 18:40s consistently.
