Comments:
3 mile warm up. 26:58 race. 3 mile cooldown. happy about how great my legs felt. stomach issues the whole race though. legs felt like they could have gone a lot more. all in all i'm happy given my last 5 weeks of training (or lack thereof), and that this is the first time i have had an appetite in a week and a half
