Weather: cool but humid
Comments:
Felt good about this one. Lower legs (calves and shins) hurt through most of the run. Maybe due to trying to get every mile out of my oldest shoes. Just kept going though and moved from a 9:30 pace on the first few miles to under 9 for the last 6. Took one Gel at 1 hour. 20oz water, 10oz gatorade. Back to the long running next week with 15.
