Weather: Nice morning to run

Comments:
Ran after spending the night at the pink pig for our goal setting session. CoachL told us to take these intervals a little easier than before and talk, pack it up, and focus on form. Pretty enjoyable workout. Felt like I got some aroebic stimiuls without completely killing myself and the team ran together beautifuly. Even though I didn't sleep very well thing went pretty well. Picked it up a bit the last few intervals which was nice to finish hard but nothing major.
Static 1, Roll, pick 8 abs, lots of diferent pushups
RHR: missed at the pink pig
Slept: 5 hours (sleeping on a floor that moves whenever someone moves doesn't really work for me)
