Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
walked to veale and then biked, went pretty well except the IT band started to bother me. Biked for 1:32 before stopping so my IT band didn't get any worse. I jogged a half mile in the middle of biking because it made my legs feel better and my foot felt fine. Then jogged back up to the house.
