Comments:
2.5 warm up. 8k in 28:01 (5:48 - 30 - 30- 35 - 35). Got really boxed in the beginning and then just got stuck running with the wrong pack as I just didn't really realize how slow I was going. I wanted to get out about 5:25-30 so it was way slow and I had to work to pass people the whole race. It was an ok race I think, I felt decent and worked at a pretty even effort level the whole time. I think the problem was just that it wasn't a high enough effort level. Cooled down about 4-5.
