Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran fields with Rob, Pat, and Dan. I was real stiff at the beginning and I really had trouble getting myself going but around mile 6-8 I started feeling better and we got a lot faster. We were really moving on the third and fourth figure 8's but the good part was that it didn't feel hard at all, we were just cruising along. The weather was real nice too. I finished up on the track with a nice long hard stride.
