Comments:
warm up for first track workout of the year...
like .8 supposedly, was suppose to be 20x400 at 5/10k pace with 1 min rest

after 5 started to feel that i was actually running
after 8 i started to feel pain mainly in calves
after 10 it was really hard
after 12 my feeet and legs gave out.

was harder than it should have been...
