Comments:
It was a great run, Mark, Matt, and Bryan really pushed me! We started at about a 6:50 pace for the first 8 miles then on the last 8 miles we decided to really push it. We negative split the last 5 (6:43, 6:37, 6:32, 6:29, 6:12) After Bryan and I did a few laps on the track.
