hard run with ryan

Weather: warm and sunny

Comments:
most people went west hill, but ryan didnt want to hurt his shins, so i ran to east with him. we went about two minutes at 9:00 pace with the group, then went what felt exactly the same as race pace for the next three and a half miles. my legs felt good, but i got a stomach ache after running the race thing. then above my shins/under my knee ached a tiny bit while walking afterward, but not bad. since i am injury free, i feel ready to step up.
