Comments:
2 mile warm-up to MLK, then we did a 7 mile tempo. We stayed relaxed and stuck together throughout and finished in a good group. It was a real good effort by everyone, a very good workout.

Then, cool-down 2 miles..lifting..stretching..rolling..ibis..and leg hangs.
