Comments:
Warmup to MLK after the team meeting. Drills.

Went 5 miles with the second group, everyone except Steel and I went 7. Felt really good and was right on pace the entire time, which I credit to Ethan Kleinbaum being right on every half mile. Felt really good. HR was 180.

Cooled down from the 2 mile mark back to the beginning of MLK with Steel and Mitchell. Rode back to Veale with Coach Barnes.
