was out in front most of the time. kept it pretty steady. almost gave up at times, but it felt good to realize that i have gotten mentally stronger than last year - because back then i actually might have just given up. it also felt good to sprint (not all out but rly strong and on the balls of my feet) at the very end (for the last 100meters of the last 400).
