7 AM-2 mile shake-out. Stiff.
10 AM- 3 mile warm-up, 26:16 8k! on the regionals course, 3 mile cool down. Felt like shit until the gun went off. Don't know what happened. Splits were 5:07, 10:26, 15:48, 21:20-ish?, last mile averaged around 5:09 pace. Just kept moving up the whole time. Awesome race. Outkicked someone! 15th overall, 4th on team, top freshman by 30 seconds
