Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
18 mile long run with Chi and the Berubes. 2:00 on the run and then 6x 30 seconds hard/30 seconds easy and 1:30 easy after for about another mile. Calves tight as hell, otherwise felt strong. 30 sec's hard felt good!
