Comments:
up south first and back. right foot still a weepy mess after saturday's 8 mile torture fest. initially, the discomfort had me landing funny on it to minimize the pain, but i managed to reclaim my normal stride after mile 1.

enjoying this route right now. great mix of rolling short hills and long gradual climbs.
