Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
Went and did a little different pool workout today. Did the warm up and first workout, and then 15 min agua jog. Then Alyssa had a differnt paper, so we did that one with more leg motion rather than back and forth stuff. After, I swam with Ethan and did VO2 max work. In the shallow end, I swam halfway underwater, then came up and swam as hard as I could into the end. Then i turned around and did it again, and then again. Did that several times. Definitely was out of breath after, but I think over time it could be pretty helpful. Hip and back stuff in the training room, and then stretch, roll, and a little ice.
