a late one at town lake with katie pedaling beside me. took a couple too many huge swigs out of her water bottle and threw up some near the end of mile 13; just had too much liquid sloshing around in my empty stomach. good otherwise.

inhaled a p terry's chicken burger with fries and a chocolate shake afterward. mmmmm calories.
