"recovery" run on the bike path from the meet yerserday, a bit long if u ask me and my hammys were mad tight but thats ok. lavallee did pick it up a few times by accident but for the most part did try to keep it nice and slow to rebuild muscles and everything. felt ok by the end, gettin very tired. i need mucho sleepo and a whole lotta stretching
