Tried out my new BR's today. There obcenly short. Ran my normal loop today. Alone. Just chilled and told myself to recover today. Felt good untill about a half mile left when I caught a masseve cramp. But at that point I was so close to the end that it didn't matter. I ran too soon after lunch. Otherwise good run. Went to my brother's cross country meet tonight. Ran around for 3 races. Figures that counts for striders.
Static 1, Roll, Hip drills, hip circles (1 set) puhups lots of kinds with Bobby, pick 8 abs, pullups (4,4,2) no ice bath today. Gotta pick that up since I want to get about 2 a week.
