Weather: Nice day again this has to be like the gazillionth day in a row
Comments:
Mile repeats today in the medow. Pace was supposed to be between 5:10 and 5:20 starting at the high end and then evaluating as the workout went on. Right in the range the whole time except for the last one that was faster. Felt good arobicly but my legs definitly were sore. I felt them on the short hill incline that we ran. Pretty good workout though. Rest bewteen repeats was a short recovery loop and then until our heart rates were all around 30. Mine was 33 or lower except the last one which was 35. The first two rests were around 2.5 minutes, and the second 2 were more like 4.5 since people's heart rates were a little high.
