Mentally this was really nice! I was worried about today because I think I am still tired, but the workout wasn't taxing, just fast. I hope it was fast enough - the first 16 were easy and the last 8 didn't feel that fast but I didn't make myself go faster. I wonder if I could have pushed it more..? No matter, friday's coming...
