Comments:
2 sets of 8x200 meter intervals
average of 38 seconds in 1st set
average of 36 seconds in 2nd set
Head is hurting very badly after the race on saturday, I'm a little discouraged right now, I knew this would happen but didn't think it would be this intense. I'm torn between not wanting to lose momentum in training and wanting to recover from the pain.
