ran around the rivers edge course and stuff to get a feel for it for monday, including a mini-workout that was 4 sets of 2 minutes on 2 minutes off. felt pretty good, legs still a bit tired but getting much better and it wasnt too hard to keep that pace. mondays race should be easy for killian and i. elijah actually kept up with us 2 for most of the pickups, which i was actually pumped about. then did some extra miles comin home to make for a total of about 7. not a bad day
