WAKEUP/SHAKEOUT RUN

Wanted to do 6, but was cold as hell and had to turn around to get long sleeves 400m in. Once I started running again I was now warm in long sleeves, wonderful. Made sure I was going an absolute crawling pace, like an old man jog. Cut it short because everything was so sore and tight and I didn't want to do too much before my workout today since it's going to be tough.
