Not sure why we did this the day after a meet but oh well. Warmup down to the the starting line, then 3 intervals throughout the park. Didnt run them hard at all, just enough to get me breathing a little, hills kinda sucked. Then back to curley through chesterfield. Quads be hurtinnnn.
