Comments:
Easy down to Curley plus the warm up loop. 6X150 striders on the track. First 3 were pretty relaxed, next 2 a little quicker, and the last one fairly fast. Real slow back home. Pretty tired after. I guess the race and the 7 hours walking around Busch Gardens took a lot out of me.
