Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I ran the course with Jimmy as a warmup and then decided to run J&B's at tempo pace. Without knowing my current fitness paces, I had to go off of feel. About halfway through the workout, it quickly turned into a VO2max workout but I finished the loop in under 24 minutes. I then cooled down a mile to make it 8 on the day. Not sure how Saturday's 5-mile race is going to go.
