Weather: Light rain, coool

Comments:
It was a good hard workout. I ran all of the 1000's on the track. My legs were sore and tired, but there has been no pain at all. I did 3 of the 1000's at sub 3:38, and the rest were between 3:38 and 3:48. Did a 2 mile warm up and a mile cool down, stretched a lot, and did some CORE because I didn't do any yesterday.
