Comments:
I actually ran fairly well, even outkicked a pack of college guys. I must have had some extra speed, Veronica said she'd never seen me run that fast. I guess all those 200's this year paid off. I beat 18 people, in a race of 200. Egad! But last year I was 30+ seconds slower and only beat 8 so...

New shoes worked quite well too.
